一、配料過程：

1、 Ingredients process:

仿石路邊石主要原材料為砂、細(xì)石、高標(biāo)號水泥及無機(jī)氧化鐵顏料、添加劑、水等。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)的仿石產(chǎn)品的花色及強(qiáng)度要求的不同，配方有較大的區(qū)別，如何生產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)的、讓客戶滿意的仿石產(chǎn)品需要生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行反復(fù)的配方試驗(yàn)。

四、后續(xù)加工：

養(yǎng)護(hù)結(jié)束后的產(chǎn)品，當(dāng)強(qiáng)度達(dá)到一定要求后進(jìn)行到后期的加工過程中，加工分為粗加工、細(xì)加工及上光等幾個(gè)流程，根據(jù)對產(chǎn)品的不同要求來制定加工流程，各加工企業(yè)可根據(jù)自家不同的要求制定各自需要的加工流程。但粗加工流程是不可缺少的。

這是生產(chǎn)混凝土路邊石過程中最后的一個(gè)流程。生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品重量一般在幾十公斤以上，且產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過粗、精加工后，外觀品質(zhì)已不同于一般的混凝土，需要在交付給客戶前，對產(chǎn)品外觀進(jìn)行一定的保護(hù)，減少入庫、運(yùn)輸及交付過程中對產(chǎn)品外觀造成不必要的破壞。

This is the final process in the production of concrete curbstones.
