1、根據(jù)不同場所的道路設(shè)計要求開挖路床,并將地基中的一些雜物清理干凈,然后夯實土壤。與此同時,確定好路床的縱橫寬度以及深度,以符合設(shè)計要求為標準。在開挖路床的過程中需要注意避開地下所埋設(shè)的管線。

2、人行道旁路沿石是將同一平面內(nèi)多條不同的道路進行區(qū)分,一般路基周圍都需要鋪設(shè)。因此在鋪設(shè)透水磚之前,同樣需要在道路的周圍先鋪設(shè)好路沿石。

3、人行道透水磚路面需要先在基層上鋪設(shè)墊層,墊層所起到的作用主要是增強路面的強度以及耐久性,材料的要求上必須要兼具透水性和蓄水性。一般常用的墊層材料有級配碎石或者無砂混凝土,如果選擇無砂混凝土作為墊層,則直徑應(yīng)保持在5—10毫米之間,直徑較大的顆粒所占比例不能超過35%,否則會對強度有所影響。

5、鋪設(shè)好人行道透水磚找平層之后就可以在面層鋪設(shè)透水磚了,鋪設(shè)時可從邊角處開始施工,由外向內(nèi)進行,人工鋪設(shè)和機械整體鋪裝都可以。為了確保面層透水磚鋪設(shè)整齊美觀,平整度更好,可先在鋪設(shè)床上拉出直線將鋪設(shè)圖案先勾勒出來,然后按照預(yù)設(shè)的圖案來鋪裝,利用橡膠錘輕輕敲擊透水磚,使其具備一定的埋深,同時也可以通過這種方法來調(diào)整表面的平整度。

8、為了讓細砂更好的填補到縫隙內(nèi),鋪設(shè)后的養(yǎng)護也需要格外注意。前期養(yǎng)護可使用緩流水柱慢慢清刷,并將路面上多余的細砂清掃干凈。前期養(yǎng)護一般為3天左右,后期不需要頻繁的進行清掃或者清刷了。

In the early stage of maintenance, a slow flowing water column can be used to slowly clean and clean the excess fine sand on the road surface.
